It should be. You would need some kind of rom loader. I don't know any, but I'd like to know this too!

BUT:
it IS possible to use multiroms with the EZ 3 in 1.

You need a EZ V DS Slot card however:

Bonus features available to certain setups:
EZ-Flash V with a 3in1: Use of multi-rom mode for NOR and GBA cheats (kernel 1.90 OB11 or below)
M3 Real/Zero with a M3 GEP: GBA cheats and RTS

Multi-ROM was removed after the kernel 1.90 OB11.

If you got a EZ-V with a kernel higher than 1.90 0B11, The answer to the multi-ROM question is NO.
If you got a EZ-V with a kernel with 1.90 0B11 or lower, The answer to the multi-ROM question is YES.

Muti-ROM support didn't show up until the 3in1+ showed up in DEC 2009. That means the answer at the time of the posting would have been a no at the time the OP posted this.
