Hey guys

Every so often, everything I see just seems so far away from me. It doesn't matter what I am doing at the time, it just happens.
It usually doesn't last for more than a few minutes, but can go up to about ten for me.

Anyone know what I mean? And what this is?

What do you mean by "far"? Does your vision tunnel inwards (like a fisheye effect) or do your eyes unfocus?

If it's the second, it's probably just your eyes getting really tired. That's not too bad, but lazy eye can occur (which IS bad). Just relax them by closing them for an hour or so (naps are nice).

If it's the first... You better get to a doctor quick. I've heard of people's optic nerves start freaking out do to constriction or bad blood flow.

It's kind of hard to explain now that I think about it.
My actual vision is not distorted in anyway and no focus is gained / lost.

It just "looks and feels" like everything is (maybe) smaller and further away.

Could it have something to do with ones brain rather than his eyes?
