Hacking Question Extracting XCI files

I'm having a bit of trouble with this, most of the XCI's I have don't give me an Exefs folder when I use DecryptXCI which basically means they're useless as I can't do anything with just a romfs.bin

Games that don't give me an exefs so far:

3D Mini Golf
Doom
Skyrim
Xenoblade Chronicles 2
Resident Evil Revelations

If it helps at all, these were all obtained from the same place, and they have been trimmed (not by me)

I have other XCI's that extract fine from the same place too so i'm not sure what's up
