Hacking Extracting saves from backup?

So I had the old V.0 sun CIA, and I deleted it and made a back-up of my saves, but I'm not going to be able to restore those saves for the free shop version am I? Sooo....is there any way to extract saves from a save back-up and inject them into the new game?

Side question:
I received both the 002-0102 ban and the 022-2812 hyper ban, but my NNID isn't banned (I checked on WiiU and Nintendo.com.) I know there is a A9LH work around for 022, but I've seen people say it isn't safe. Is it? And is there a work around for 002? Sorry for all the questions.

If you backed it up with JKSM you can restore it with JKSM.

Did you make a backup of your whole sd card (and not your main file through jksm)?

i backed up my entire SD card, but I also let the 3DS make a backup save file when I deleted the software.

Copy your old sd card contents (with the cia v0 moon save) to a spare sd card. Pop that into your system, and your freeshop moon cia will be associated with your save from the v0 cia. You can dump the save with JKSM. Put your main sd card back into your 3ds (the one containing the freeshop moon cia), boot, and inject the save with JKSM.
