Hello! I am just wondering if there is a way to extract an NDS (Or some sort of file) from a CIA file (3ds game format.) If you can, can you tell me how?
Thank you!
(also idk where to put this.)

NDS isn't in CIA format

Yes there is a way
When I follow your link the description tells:
What you Need
  • An encrypted 3DS|CIA|CXI file (It can either be a game, game's update, system application, but anyways not a DLC file nor a DSi Ware!)
So this tool can't be used to extract the NDS (DSi Ware). What else can we use?

try using my guide:

I couldn't find extract.bin but
Code:
ctrtool --contents=contents the_DSiWare.cia
gave me some interresting file:
Code:
$ file contents.0000.[SNIPPED]
contents.0000.[SNIPPED]: Nintendo DS ROM image: "[SNIPPED]" ([SNIPPED], Rev.00) (multiboot)
So I changed the file name (and ofc the file extension, too) and TWiLight Menu++ loads it just fine. :)

It was a mistake, i meant extract.bat. Fixed it, thank you :)
Glad you got it to work!
