Hey all,

I'm hoping to figure out how/if it's even possible to legally extract games from my PSTV to possibly run in other emulators. I'm particularly interested in seeing if it's possible to extract the PS1 ISOs from PS1 games I've downloaded from PSN.

I'm new to the vita hacking scene. I've gotten a bit of the way through hacking my PS TV, downgraded it to 3.65, and am struggling with getting the h-encore hack running, but i'll figure it out. Once it was done I was planning to follow the guides for dumping games. But I'm curious if anyone knows what kind of files come out when you dump a PS1 game.

You need to use psxtract to get the PS1 PBPs into a playable format.
PS Vita emulation has not matured enough to be an alternative to playing on original hardware.
There is a PBP converter from LMAN that allows the usage of the resulting files in emulators.
