Hacking Extracting/inserting official NDS game cart saves?

I have a few game carts that I'd like to extract the saves from, and I'd really like to insert a save into my AC:WW cart..

I think I read somewhere, that you can do this with the EZ Flash 3in1.. but I'm not too sure.

Sooo...
Can you? If so, how?

(I was directed to ReinMoon.. but that only works on normal Slot2 devices. ie: Supercard)

Rudolphs rom (3 in 1 version) dumper may work as might the older SRAM based save rippers.

This is however a wifi based tool that may work better. It was something like sendsave although I not 100% on that.
