Ok here my problem, simple and clean. I found on reddit a nice editor for the puzzle pice in the Mii Plaza. There is some way for extract the meet.dat (i think is the name of the file), from the app using homebrew? I want try this on New3DS so for me NO CFW. Only access to regular homebrew.

Nope. It's located in the NAND iirc and you can't access that via userland.

Like A-1 Pictures said, it can't be accessed through Userland. Once you get a custom firmware running, you can use JKSM to extract the data.

where can i find the mii plaza save

This will depend which is your 3DS region.

Navigate in GodMode9 in the [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND

1:/data/<ID0>/sysdata/[Mii Plaza SaveData ID]/00000000

[Mii Plaza SaveData ID]
JPN : 00020208
USA : 00020218
EUR : 00020228

00000000 is the StreetPass Mii Plaza's savedata file itself.

Edit - The extdata (external data) is found the SD card.

0:/Nintendo 3DS/<ID0>/<ID1>/extdata/00000000/[Mii Plaza SaveData ID]

[Mii Plaza ExtData ID]
00000208
00000218
00000228

Within that folder should contain the following files:
  • 00000001
  • ..2 , ..3, ..4
  • 00000005
