extract media files from BIN

First of al, I hope you all stay strong at this difficult time of history

I am interested in extracting media files from the BIN, so when I am allowed I'll post in "rom-hacking-and-translations"
I've gone through some tutorials form here without any luck.

Any help is appreciated.

Dragon Ball Heroes ULtimate mission 1
Dragon Ball Heroes ULtimate mission 2
Dragon Ball Heroes ULtimate mission X

The Japanese versions, and I'd create kana CCs for the content.
