ROM Hack Exception Error Playing any CIA PLEASE HELP !!!

First of all thanks in advance for any help .. I start to run out of options and I can not find anybody with the same problem :-(

Before I beging: I own the cartridge I use to create the CIA files, that is Animal Crossing, Mario Kart and Miitiopia.

My Problem: I modded my 3ds few days ago following 3DSHackGuide , no error messages or problem ware encounterd.
This is my configuration: 3ds FW: 11.9.0-42E - Luma v9.1 - FBI 2.6.0 - Godmode9 V1.7.1

I can run FBI, some titles I downloaded as demo from nintendo shop and ALL the cartridges I have.
I can install CIA's, CIA installed up other than game seem to run fine.
When I try to play an installed CIA game I ALWAYS get: An Exeception Occurred ARM11 (Core 1) ...
CIA dumps executed with Gm9 according to instructions.
The same problem with other CIA's

Following suggestions from people wiser than me I tried:

- Redump the CIA from cartdrige (many times)
- Other than game CIA app (they run fine)
- CTRTransfer procedure (executed without errors)
The problem is still there .... any suggestions ?Something wrong with the region ?
