So I downloaded an iso copy of Mad World which i transferred to my USB hard drive using WBFS Manager 3.0.
My Wii is white, 4.3e version.
I also have Metroid : Other M and Mario Party 9. Both work fine.
But when I'm trying to load Mad World, it doesn't even give me the CD icon on which I have to click in order to load the game, it freezes and a black screen appears with Exception (DSI) occured.
It says it will reload in 20 seconds but it doesn't.
Can somebody help me? Is the problem related to the fact that both Mario Party and Metroid are PAL and Mad World is NTSC and I own a PAL Wii?
Thanks a lot in advance!

If it used to work, and adding a game created the problem, you can assume that your last action is the problem.
Try using WBFS Manager 3.0 again to delete the game, and see if it works without that game on your drive.

Just for info, WBFS Manager 3.0 is not a good idea. WBFS partition are unstable and corrupts easily. Adding/removing games can corrupt already present games. (You added Madworl last? or was it already present?)
You should use FAT32 partitions, and use WiiBackupManager to put your games on your drive.
