Hardware Everybody votes channel intro lagging?

Okay, so I noticed that when I opened the everybody votes channel, the fade in/out is laggy, about 10 fps, and delayed. Is this normal? I have RiiConnect24, and Wiimifi. All other channels (news, weather, MKWII, disc) are fine, and my TV works perfectly.. What could be causing this issue?
Edit: Mii channel has it, ever so slightly

I have that too, I think it's simply because the visual effects the channel uses pushes the gpu of the Wii
