Gaming Eureka Seven shutoff

Whenever I play the Japanese Eureka Seven game everything will load and play just fine except when I get to episode 2.
It's the part after Renton is in black and white, after he gets on his lifting board and sees skyfish, right after a huge blue robo is going to punch him.
It says loading for a split second, then it goes to a complete blackscreen, then turns off.
Anyone know what could be the problem?
I can't press home or anything.
Anyone happen to have a save file for right afterwards?

I don't have a save file, but I'm guessing it's a bad rip.
Try downloading another one.

Just tried the 2 save game files on gamefaqs and the same thing happened when I loaded it up. I think you might be right. If I didn't have a bandwith cap I'd download a different one. Mine came out to be a 408MB cso file anyway.
