Gaming eshop region change

I can't get the eshop to work after the region change USA to jpn n3ds

As far as i know, eshop won't work for new 3ds if you had ever used it prior to region changing

It won't work, ever (unless someone finds a workaround, but there are none so far)

I mean, you can still use it with .cias etc, but no eshop access (and probably stuff that use your NNID won't work either, like badge arcade and i'm pretty sure there are more stuff in JPN)
