Gaming eshop games to another 3ds

Hi,

I bought some eshop games on my first 3DS but I'll sell it for xmas.
I'll buy a new 3DS XL. If I link my Nintendo club account to the new 3DS XL, will I be able to redownload all my purchased games again?
