Hacking Eshop error 007-2920 EmuNAND

I currently have a n3DS XL on 9.2 with a 9.5 rxTools EmuNAND. On the emuNAND, I've installed the latest NVer via BBM and I'm launching eShop with Hans. Whenever I try to download something I get this error: http://puu.sh/mk72X/06815a5e4d.jpg. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hm...the site says maintenance in 2 hours. Maybe that's the cause of this error? Hopefully it works for me tomorrow.

As an aside, if it was a maintenance error, it would have given you the 007-2923 error.
The 007-2920 error is entirely different.
