Homebrew Eshop Access

[Can i use this name?]

with the homebrew app eshop that allows me to get on to the eshop without updating my firmware is there any risk of getting banned from the eshop from doing this?

There is never any grantees but there are no confirmed banning except for cheating online or playing with public headers afaik

if you are on 10.3 or lower you need to install the newest version of nver using a cia installer. To get it check 3dbrews title list for the title id and newest version gor your region, and download it using 3dnus.
After this simply start it directly using hans, with enabled fw spoof.
