You cannot use soundhax. If you have an old 3ds, you're shit out of luck.

You need to buy a game like Cubic Ninja or Oot. But you will only get the homebrew launcher, no CFW (as of yet).

No, ironhax is a secondary exploit, which means you need another exploit to install

Ironhax was patched many eons ago.
As for the OP, the best you can do now is wait it out or buy a new system.
You really shouldn't update until you've done the proper research. The same night 11.4 was released a kernel exploit for 11.3 was also released.
