Error with Everybody 1-2 switch!

I tried to play with smart device mode (allow to play with smart phone) but when connect to internet I faced this error : Error code:2123-0011
My switch is connected to wifi
any idea ?

Isn't that the "you're banned" code?

EDIT: Ah, your system try to get ahold of Nintendo since a lot of 1-2-Switch games use online. So you've might blocked Nintendo servers or blanked you prodinfo.

Basically if your serial number is just a bunch of like XAW100000000000 in the system. Your prodinfo is blanked out.

1) Is this a pirated copy or a bought one?
2) Are you running it on your sysnand or emunand?
3) Do you block Nintendo's servers with DNSMITM, 90DNS or Prodinfo blanking?
4) Do you know if your switch is banned?
