You can't uninstall b9s on emunand, as it is an exploit in the bootrom. System format will not remove hax.

Ok my 2ds is really really strange. Now it works again....
I've do a sysnand backup before the transfer. I've turn on the 2ds and now it boot normally...
But tomorrow it should(probably) don't work again

ok so you are doing 9.2 transfer with decrypt9 right?did you choose the normal option or the keep hax option?
