Hacking error message - what does that mean?

I have gamma loader and most discs work fine. However, some discs give me this error "Error, please eject the CD, turn off your console and refer to your user mannual" or something to that extend. What does that mean? How to fix this problem?

I did a search and couldn't find anything about this message. I might just overlooked it.

Maybe a bad burn or bad media. Are you using dvd-r?

yeah, I have over 20 games burn the same way, so I don't know what I did wrong. I even tried to patch it too, still no good.

Here are the ones that give me that message:

- Shaun White
- Tenchu
- Call of Duty 4

Do you have the correct region for the games? Like.. if you got a pal wii, you got the pal games?
What about the gamma loader? Are you using a channel? Maybe you got a channel that forces a region.
Are you using cIOS36_rev7 or are you using an older version?
