Hacking Error installing Helix

I tried to install Helix and it stopped at installing content#18 ERROR(ret=-1)
I have 3.3u and I was using Wad Manager v1.3 if that helps, I also used 2 different downloads of the game.

you need to do the Oct23rd fix, found in the sticky board..!!

Is this necessary even if I installed other wads, this is the only one that gave me an error.
