Good evening, I recently bought a New 2DS XL and I'm getting this error when turning it on:
'Hold down the console's power button to turn it off completely, then try again. If the problem persists, contact Nintendo Customer Support (as specified in the user manual).'
I've searched for a while but can't find a proper solution to this issue. Does anyone know how to fix it?
No idea how, but I fixed it lol. From my experience, just disconnecting and reconnecting the WiFi antenna did the trick - but I also unplugged the battery, so it could've been either one.
