Maybe this could help for those who encounter a "2162-0002" error code.
I've purchase a faulty Switch with a dead USB-C port (pin bent).
At power on I had this error code mentionned above.
I read some info regarding this problem and it is more related to problem with cfw and could be not fixable.
Never mind I decided first to change the USB port and see if I can get in RCM mode.
Afterward I checked if any shorts around M92T36... and it was also faulty but I didn't see it at first checking.
After changing both components with success I was able to read a fast charging device on my USB meter.
So let's reassemble it and pushing power on... to see a fully working Switch
