Gaming Error Code: 001-0803 is persistent

I keep getting said error code no matter what. I already used the search feature on support.nintendo.com and couldn't find this error code, I get it whenever I check my friend list or try to user the internet browser.

I simply googled the following

Error Code 0001 0803 3ds

And found several pages of information about the error code lol.

You can't connect to Nintendo's servers for some reason. Try disabling your firewall or using a different network.
