I am trying to use autoinjectuwad v3 to make some games, but everytime I try to install them i get the 4100 error from wad manager 1.5. other injected wads I have downloaded work, and the VC roms all work too. I have the common-key.bin in the same folder as everything, and none of my filenames have spaces. I have searched this entire site and many others for an answer to this and all I can find is the same 1 or 2 answers that don't seem to work for anyone with the same problem as me. can anyone help? thanks!

from the wii error codes pdf

The SHA-1 hashes given in the .TMD file inside the WAD may be wrong according to the *.APP files bundled with it.

How to fix if possible

1) If you created the WAD file, you should check the .TMD regarding
the hashes (as mentioned). For this, use a Hex-Editor such as
XVI32. For more information see following:
http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Tmd_file_structure

2) If it’s your own WAD, there might be some *.APP files missing,
resulting in the same error as above.
3) If it’s a downloaded WAD, you can contact the author for help. If
you don’t know the author, you might search for a different
source, since this WAD is simply broken.

4) When the WAD file contains pirated VC or WiiWare title the dump
might be corrupt.

Thanks for the reply. I went through and manually made a .wad by unpacking the donkey kong country 2 wad, messing with the 000005.bin in to 3 parts, making my snes rom the same size as the rom in 0000005, making the .TMD sh1 read the same SH1 as my new 0000005, and repacking the wad. same error. WTF

So this is what I did.
For a little experiment, I extracted the original donkey kong country 2 wad. then I simply repacked the untouched files in to a wad again, and it still gave me the 4100 error. So something is wrong on the re-packing side of whatever I am doing. Could it be an outdated wad packer? or a wrong common-key.bin?
