Error 2144-0001 and 2123-0011

Hi everyone!

I have just been given a V1 switch running fw 17.0.0 and atmosphere 1.6.2 and I'm having big problems.

Already when I activate the wifi I have the error code 2123-0011 (0x167b) which is displayed then when I try to go to album to be able to access the homebrew I have the error 2144-0001 (0x290) which is displayed directly.

I tried to launch a game while holding the R key but the same I get an error.

There are a few NSP games present on the Switch and they all work!

So I don't really know what was done or not in this switch and I'd like to reset it to 0 and start all over again, I tried via the recovery mode but it doesn't launch. I can't even boot the switch to OFW.

Don't you have an idea to refurbish everything?

All the info that you need to start from scratch is there. It sounds like at least some of your software on the sd card is out of date and that prod info blanking (or incognito) is probably causing you some headache in 17.x

Is it a problem if I reinstall Atmosphere when it's already installed?

I managed to make the homebrew functional, I used HAKU33 to put the switch back to factory condition but it's been 30min that the screen is black with the home button flashing. Is it normal that it takes so long?

Atmosphere isnt installed as much as it is resident on the sd card to be loaded when needed. You can overwrite it or blow it away and replace it at anytime. just make sure you are adding a good install when you do it.
