Hacking Error 007-2001

So you tried:
1) SD with EmuNAND JPN region signed in to JPN NNID
2) SD with EmuNAND JPN region with no NNID
3) SysNAND EUR region

If that did not work with the steps provide, I'm not quite sure how to fix it. I will research a bit more some of my notes and let u know what I find.

In meantime, how did you get JPN region to work? Can you describe full setup process from the begginig?

I followed a spanish video (I speak spanish), I'll describe what I do:
First of all, I dump Nand Xorpads (with Rxtools)
Then I install with the sysupdater the version 9.9 JAP
I dumped my EmuNand with emuNand tool
With Secure_Info Tool, I modified the EmuNAND inyecting the secureInfo Jap and the Nand Xorpads.
Then I inyected the new EmuNAND.
Finally I booted the new Emunand that was Japanese

I dont know. I didn't updated it and also, I can access the eshop in the eur. Recently, I updated the japaneses one and I am able to access the eshop (in jap), but, in the eur, I receive the error 007-2001

Great!!! Glad u got it working, it's a little buggy to swap back and forth and nintendo will get a little prickly if you make their servers panic. Keep it in EUR and u will be golden.

Just curiosity, what was motivation for region change?

I want to play Inazuma Eleven Go Galaxy, and I dont have region free, so I decided to change my emuNAND in one SD card to play it. Curiosly, when I alredy install the game, I didn't play it because I coudn't understand what I have to do xD

On Jpn sysnand i have created a NNID
2 days later i have flashed back my sysnand backup whit Hardmod. i have forgot to format the jpn Sysnand and have no Backup from the Jpn sysnand.

Can i region Change again to Jpn and than login into NNID than Format the Jpn Nand and restore my Original nand?

Not that simple, that NNID is locked to a particular instance of your NAND (movable.sed plays a role in this). So as far as nintendo servers goes, your console is linked to that NNID until it has a release request via a System Transfer or System Format.

What you can try to do is create an EmuNAND region changed to JPN, then try formatting the console, if it let's you format and create an NNID you are golden and can reverse the process. If not, you will probably have to call nintendo and have them un-link on their end.

I've got a 2ds that I hacked following Plailect's guide a few months ago. When I try to access system transfer I get a message saying "The region information set on this system has been changed. Please connect to Nintendo eShop and try again. If Nintendo eShop is not available in your region, you will not be able to perform a transfer" and when I try to open the eShop I get a "007-2001" error. I did a region change on the emunand a couple months ago to japanese, but since wrote over it with an english backup. I don't remember if I ever tried to access the eshop in japanese but I do know it never worked if I did.

I have tried doing a system format (both with and without tiny format), and accessing it with and without nnids. I read about doing the 3 emunand trick with the regions used, but I never made a backup of my japanese emunand and when I try to follow Plailect's guide for region changing now (substituting sysnand with emunand) I get a black screen on bootup into the emunand. so I only have american emunands backed up to do the 3 emunand trick.

Any Ideas?
