To begin, I am aware that this is a common issue for the most part but my case is a bit different, and I did search it up beforehand but nothing was able to help.
I was gifted a 3DS from a family friend a while ago and while trying to format the memory, I got error code 005-5602. I was aware that it was a modded 3DS, but alongside that it seemed to be region changed, from Japanese to another Asian language which I presume to be Korean. They didn't give me an SD card either, and I would prefer if the 3DS was in its original settings. Is there a way I could be able to format the 3DS's memory?
