I get error code 005-5602 when trying to access the eshop, when trying to format the 3DS system memory and when trying to delete my Nintendo network ID. I have tried to restart the system many times and tried to change the Location to various other places like Canada then back to US as many people say to do, and still no luck. I just bought this pre-owned 3DS, formatted it and did a system update to 9.9.0-26U, then I created a Nintendo network ID for the first time and after that I began to get the error code. I called Nintendo's Help line and spoke to a tech specialist who attempted to help me by having me correct the Region setting (which is correctly set to US) then he tried to have me delete my NNID (which also gives the same error code). After that he asked other tech specialists/co-workers but still no answer... He gave me a refrence code and asked for my e-mail address, stating that he had to send the claim to the consumer back office and they would be in touch as he was unable to resolve the issue.
Anyone know what's going on here??? Any help or insight is welcome at this point, as even Nintendo couldn't help so far...
P.S. I currently don't own a 3DS flash cart nor have I done anything in regards to mods or hacks to this system.
