ePSXE and PCSX2 help!

Basically i have a gc controller and i realize it is missing some buttons from the ps2 and ps1 controller so basically my question is can you somehow configure a gamecube controller to play on at least ePSXE? Thanks :D

You could try something like Xpadder and just bind keyboard keys in the emulators. Though I really recommend picking up an off-brand X360 controller like the Rock Candy brand. They're really solid and decently priced.

I have the mayflash Gamecube adapter for WiiU and PC, it works great. But for most of my gaming I use and Xbox 360 controller for windows.
