I have been told by my pal thers a new ds flashcart, EpitomeDS, Which has a cool feature that lets u chooses what you want on your card, for eg
Card for Childs , Rom support, Cheats, global settings

Card for a Gamer, ROMsupport RTS, slowmo, cheats, wi-fi upgrade, soft reset

and many more, the card comes with FW customizing software

Also, DSi bootlader
