Hacking Enhanced DS games on SDTWO

If I bought a Japans DSi XL it would play all standard DS games from all over the world but would it play enhanced DS games if I used a SDTWO from all over the world or would I be stuck with Japanese ones

DSi games would be region-locked.

I heard that via a flashcard those region locks doesnt work anymore.
That way you should be able to play DSi games on any DSi(XL) on a flashcard.

The region locks indeed don't have any effect anymore, because the games are run in DS mode, and as the DS doesn't have any kind of region lock, go figure.
