Enable/disable plugins per game?

Basically what the title says. Some titles I have (GTA SA 2.1 version, Spiderman) don't seem to work with my current plugins, and I don't know exactly which one is causing it. So, is there an app or a way to turn on/off plugin per specific title?

Yes, plugins are in suprx file format, what do you mean?

By changing the config.txt, instead of putting the plugin suprx under *ALL, you put a new line for app ID for the game itself, then put the plugin under that line. This will stop the plugin boot for ALL and only boot plugin for that specific game

Yes, of course, what I meant was, is there a way to do this easily, like with a GUI or something.
