SmSadvance runs master system and gamegear almost flawlessly
DrSMS runs master system and gamegear almost flawlessly
but both are for GBA (runs on DS anyway obviously)
Picodrive runs Genesis but it's still in it's infancy.
Don't even think about anything further in sega land like 32x,saturn or dreamcast.

I would like to play sms, gamegear and genesis. I heard these emus didn't have sound though. Is that true?
I downloaded the DSMS.exe...now how do I run it on the ds? I have a ez4lite and superkey. I also have a bunch of sms rom's in .sms extension.
