So my switch got recently banned, permanently.
I used to have two sd cards with emuNAND on each.
Now could I just delete the raw partition, resize fat32 partition and everything else stays the same?
For example, if I wanted to add a controller to both emunands, I had to add it to sysnand and setup both emunands again (don't know if there is a more practical way).
Also what's with my installed nsps, do I have to reinstall them when I delete the raw partition?

Additionally, what can I do now, as I don't need to keep precautions for being banned? Like lan play etc.?

Yes to the first question but the answer to the second question depends if you only installed to emuMMC or both sysMMC and emuMMC. If you only installed them to emuMMC, then they have to be reinstalled. If you installed them to both emuMMC and sysMMC or sysMMC alone, then you do not have to reinstall them. And since your console is banned, you can just use it like a regular console minus the eShop and online play.
