Homebrew EmuNAND: SD not ready

I am stuck on part 2 of Plailect's Guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-2-(9.2.0-Downgrade)

I am stuck on this step:
Go to EmuNAND Manager Options, then backup SysNAND to sysNAND.bin

When I use this option, it says:
Dumping SysNAND (1240MB) to file...
Backup SysNAND to file: failed!

After opening EmuNAND9 it says:
EmuNAND: SD not ready.
SD Storage: unknown filesystem

My micro SD card has a size of 64gb. It is formatted in fat32.
Downgrading to 9.2.0 was successfull.

Any ideas?

Well, I got it working.

I backuped my sd card data to my pc, formatted my sd card in emunand9, copied the files from my pc to the sd card again and then it worked.
