Does emunand require you to have your 3ds(n3ds) Nand Backup on the SD card for it to work? Or can I just move my backup off the SD card into my zip where I keep all my back ups from varies consoles?

It runs and works without having it on it for all I know. I haven't had any problems with it. I tested it on a hard reset n3ds running 9.2u
