Hacking emunand messed up?

Since a while my emunand is acting weird:
I can't set themes or else menuhax will stop working.
When i launch sysnand all my games and apps will turn into pressents in emunand
I can install GBA games directly on emunand without installing it on the nand

does anyone knows what's wrong it's awesome that installing gba games is so easy but I still kind of want to know what's wrong.

As far as I can remember it started when i formated my sysnand (without sd card inserted)

that means you have your Sysnand and Emunand linked.

Formatting the sysnand without the SD card is meant to fix this.

Retry formatting Synand with the SD and make sure it makes a second folder in the Nintendo3DS folder once sd card is reinserted after reboot
