Hacking Emunand Help

I've done the process twice before and this has never happened although the guide i'm using is different basically wether its rxtools or luma3ds when booting into emunand i end up straight back in sysnand any ideas what I'm doing wrong? and yes my downgrade completed with plaisysupdater
