Hacking EmuMMC not loading after Atmosphere update

Hi!
I was on Atmosphere version 0.9.3 and wanted to update.
Went to the Homebrew shop and installed an updater there.
The screen said to press a button to load payload.

Well, I pressed it and cfw loaded on my sysNAND, made me really mad but I can't change it anymore. Had wifi on...

But the other problem is: I can't load into EmuNAND + cfw anymore! It shows hekate and then proceeds to just show me my payload screen again.

What did I do wrong and how can I fix this?

I know, I'm late to the party but I'm getting this error now and I'd love to hear the solution you found for this.
