Currently on my Wii I've gotten Wii and Gamecube able to be loaded up on it from the external hard drive, but now the final issue I'm having I guess is getting the emulators to load anything from the hard drive. The folders on the hard drive seem perfectly fine, but the different emulators say they can't access the hard drive. So looking to see if anyone has any insight on that.

The current emulators I have on it, but aren't loading from the hard drive are:
FCEU GX, Genplus GX, Hugo-GX, SNES9x GX, VBA GX, Wii64, and WiiSX

    Any help given is appreciated.

Still sounds like the drive is the problem. Those likely all need the same MBR/FAT32/First primary partition deal.

    It's full Fat32 instead of a partition.

This is seriously the only option left after all the problems you've had. Either your partitioning or drive is just not compatible.
