I have 16gig sd and only have pokemon sun installed as a game. fbi says I have 2.1gig empty space. is that normal ? if not help me to clean it up.. I'm sorta new in cfw

Don't forget all your homebrew, and even your emuNand (if you have one) is taking up space. Not to mention the stuff your 3DS puts there by default ("Nintendo 3DS" folder)

Yes, it's normal. If you want more space, do some cleanup.
Oh, and Sun is 3 GB btw.
