Homebrew Suggestion Emperor's outfit in Splatoon 2

I have the emperor's outfit on Splatoon 2. For those of you who don't know there's an outfit only on the japan version of Splatoon 2. I manage to get the code and play as the emperor. Only problem is everything in japanese. Is there any way to make a hack or cheat that allows you to wear it on the american version? I'm sure it's possible because you can see some players walking around with it, meaning that the outfit exist in game of the USA version.

Hey there! I know this is pretty old but there is any way to wear the gear on an english save using mods but that gear wont pretty much work online and people won't mostly see that you have the gear since it pretty much replaces existing gear for you to see only. check out "JP Exclusive Gear" on Gamebanana !
