Elite Forces 77 DS
New Trailer Released

A new trailer for Elite Forces 77, a shooting game for the Nintendo DS, has been released.

Been waiting a very long time for this game and I assumed that this game may never come out, but a new trailer has been released and it makes the game look a little more special

Looking forward to playing this squad based action title, even if it looks less strategy then I originally thought. The trailer says that the game is out in February. If the date sticks then its yet another good game to play next month.

No not at all. I'd say it was a more actiony version of the PC game Commandos.

I probably wouldn't of bothered playing this, but after seeing the vid it looks worth a look

Talking about cannon fodder clones i think if they did make cannon fodder for the DS they would shift alot of games

Yeah, caught the video over on GoNintendo, and it definitely piqued my interest.

BTW, it's probably worth noting that this game is being developed by Gammick, if that rings any bells.

There is a "sort of" Cannon Fodder style game called B-Team Metal Cartoon Squad, it was quietly released earlier this month. It was enjoyable.

Yeah I can't say I like their previous games.

Actually I think the developer is N.C who I believe did World of Goo, Brothers in Arms DS, and a bunch more. I think Gammick is only Publisher.
2DBoy developed World of Goo. Gameloft developed Brothers In Arms DS.

Done some research and Abylight are developing this game, the only games of theirs that have been released have been mobile games. They do have another DS game to come out called "Smasher Z"

Smasher Z synopsis:
QUOTEThe city is in danger! Evil metallic hordes advance conquering all human resistance. The police have fled, the army has been decimated, and the last remaining superhero is on sick leave with depression. All is lost, it seems… All? Not quite! In the deepest silo under the city, a resolute young pilot is about to stumble on a forgotten mega-robot prototype, a perfect combination of technology, weaponry and… dance!

Smasher Z relives the adventures of the last Robeat, a powerful machine of destruction and excitement, and its crazy pilot. The mission of this dynamic duo is to take on XXL-sized monsters in rhythm duels, renegade robots and crazy scientists who fancy making themselves a new set of cutlery out of Smasher. To help them, the player has to get control of the mega-robot while keeping up with the dance. Shoot, glide, set off the water devices and stop the mechanical beasts dead with your special swing while keeping to the rhythm!
