Actually I think the developer is N.C who I believe did World of Goo, Brothers in Arms DS, and a bunch more. I think Gammick is only Publisher.

Done some research and Abylight are developing this game, the only games of theirs that have been released have been mobile games. They do have another DS game to come out called "Smasher Z"
