There's been a few like this in the past. It's just the way the comment is posted, it's like it should be a comment on a single persons blog rather than a blog entry itself. Of course it could just be a very stupid person.

Notice how it addresses GBAtemp's blogging section as one blog. Definitely a bot.

Are these cheering spambots or something?

It's like they cheer for the blog they spam in, but I can't really see any advantage for them in doing that... Maybe they can steal the blogger's personal data if he/she/it replies to them?

Could be testing that it allows them to auto-post or something. Testing the waters so to speak.
