EDM 010 1 beep no lights

I'm working on an EDM 010 that beeps and shuts off.

The URAT output is


"80871055 Low SSD Banks IO Error Between SSD Controller"

There are no shorts on the board and the voltages from the SSD PMIC are present. However what I did notice is that pin 1 on both these Mosfets has a low resistance to GND, I have a working EDM 030 board and pin 1 for these MOSFETS isn't showing a low reading to GND, i'm not sure if its related....

I've replaced the SSD controller but the same error is thrown.

Can I replace the SSD Memory IC's? or do they contain some information that is tied to the APU?

What can could I check next?
