ROM Hack Question EdiZon Tesla Menu Overlay Problems

I am having a problem with using Edizon Tesla menu.
It says that No Overlays found, I have double-checked the folders and made sure it is not empty, I have downloaded the files making sure it is not corrupt but, still shows no Overlays.
Also made sure that the cheats are updated.
Hopefully, someone can help.

It is alright, I figured out the problem. I am missing the ovl file for Edizon.
