ROM Hack Question Editing Pokemon

I have an error when I try to edit Pokemon (specifics one). I've edited Mewtwo, this worked, but when I've edited the color of Mew, I've edited BodyA (col & sdw), BodyB (col & sdw), this was great but the eyes where Pink too. So i've edited the color (to red if it helps) and now his eyes are blank!
Thanks for anyone who wants to help me and sorry for the bad English.

EDIT: I found the error, the iris isn't used anymore. It's because the DDS files don't support transparency.
EDIT 2: Fixed, in Photoshop when you save you must choose "Color + Alpha" instead of "Color".
