Hacking Easyrpg-player help needed

Im trying use easyrpg player and i have a folder named easyrpg-player in ux0:data/ but i keep getting this error message
Ux0:data/easyrpg-player is not a valid path
Im not sure what to do and i cant seem to find any help on google about it

Well /data/easyrpg-player is the correct folder. Don't see how this can fail. Ensure that it is really written in such a way, using the correct "-" and all lower case.

It is but i still get folder is invalid. Ive tried uninstalled and reinstalled then did that with a newer version but no dice

I'm having this exact same problem.
Note that I'm using an SD2Vita. Could that be part of the problem? I know it's a problem for Moonlight.

I have a SD2Vita and the folder name is correct.
Why not try making it in either uma0: or ur0: and move it using vitashell.
If that does not work then you have a text issue.

Text Issue? I don't follow.
I've tried creating it with Vitashell in ur0 and moving it to ux0 and still no dice.

Here's what it looks like in Vitashell, so you know I have the right folder and name.

Er... nevermind. Apparently as a new member I cannot embed images or use any links. I guess you'll have to take my word for it that it is indeed letter for letter exactly the same and in the right place.
(Or put a "." in imgur com/a/1e2Jy)

And yet it's still "not a valid path".

I've already used that one. Both the stable and the "last successful build." They both do the same thing for me.

Problem solved! I was having a somewhat similar problem with Moonlight, in which one of the users found a solution from yet another similar problem with Retroarch.

Hey OP, if you're using MLTHaku, that is likely the cause for the issue. For some silly billy reason, It sets all your folder attributes to some crazy system file protection that Moonlight, Retroarch, and last but not least EasyRPG-Player doesn't know how to deal with.

You need to pop that microSD into your computer, hit Win + R, and enter

"attrib -H -S d:\*.* /D /S"
without the quotes.

Replace "d:" with the letter of your drive!!!

After a while that thing will fix the permissions in your folders, and everything will work like magic!
